By using Pagelys or creating an account, you agree to the terms applicable to the service at the time of your use or signup.
1. Purpose of the service
Pagelys enables businesses and entrepreneurs to create an online presence, showcase products or services, manage certain business information and be discovered in the marketplace.
2. Account and security
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Business activity
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability, quality, pricing, taxes, warranties and obligations applicable to the products or services you present.
4. Publishing and moderation
Creating an account does not automatically result in immediate or permanent publication. Pagelys may perform checks, hide or remove content, or suspend an account for reasonable security, compliance or quality reasons.
5. Trial, subscription and pricing
The current signup flow includes a 7-day trial and an individual price of CAD $67 per year. The price, taxes and terms shown at signup apply before confirmation.
6. Payments
Subscription payments may be processed by Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. Payment services are subject to their own policies.
7. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
The applicable terms are those shown during subscription and in your account area. Unless required by law or expressly promised, refunds are not automatic.
8. Orders et clients
The merchant remains responsible for fulfilling the sale, shipping or pickup, returns, warranties, taxes, customer communications and legal obligations related to the transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Usages interdits
You may not use Pagelys for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity, or activity that infringes the rights of others.
10. Intellectual property
You retain your rights to your content and grant Pagelys a non-exclusive authorization to host and display it as needed to operate and present your store. The Pagelys brand, interface and code remain protected.
11. Availability
Pagelys may evolve, correct, secure or temporarily interrupt certain features. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
12. Search visibility
Pagelys may create public pages by store, city or category. No particular search-engine position is guaranteed.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pagelys is not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from content, a transaction or conduct attributable to a merchant or third party. Mandatory legal rights remain reserved.
14. Suspension ou fermeture
Pagelys may suspend or close an account for non-payment, fraud, security risk, abusive use, material breach or legal obligation.
15. Privacy
The processing of personal information is described in our Privacy policy.
16. Modifications
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, regulations or our practices.
17. Droit applicable
These terms are governed by applicable laws in Quebec and Canada. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved where applicable.
